why am I getting an error message when I enter my credit card information?

there are several reasons for problems with credit card transactions:

  • your card may have expired or reached its limit. please check with your credit card provider if you are having issues using your card.
  • there may be a transaction error either on our end or your bank’s. in this case, please try entering in your information again at a later time.
