where is the confirmation email for my online order?

there are a couple of reasons you may not have gotten a confirmation email:

1. your confirmation email may have been captured in your spam filter. check your spam folder to see if it could be there.

2. your order might not have been completed. if you were not brought to a confirmation page upon completing your order, it’s likely that something happened that prevented your order from being completed. you’ll need to re-enter your order in this case.

if you have reached a confirmation page and still did not receive a confirmation email, you can check the status of your order by contacting us at talkclean@methodhome.com.au.
